By purchasing goods from Development Audio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that they shall be governed by English law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory consumer rights within the UK are not affected by these Terms.

Please ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site without notice.

Warranty

All Development Audio products come with a worldwide 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects resulting in product failure. This warranty covers the cabinet, drive units and the crossover components of our high-end loudspeakers. However, please note that the warranty does not cover defects arising from accident, misuse, abuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized adjustments, or repairs. Development Audio is not liable for damage or loss occurring during transit.

During the warranty period, you are entitled to have the unit repaired, free of charge. The warranty covers parts and labour costs for the first two years from the date of purchase. After two years, you are responsible for both parts and labour costs. Please note that return transportation costs to Development Audio are not covered under this warranty.

Liability

While we strive for your complete satisfaction, our liability for losses resulting from non-compliance with these Terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods and any foreseeable losses resulting from such non-compliance. We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any goods purchased.

Our liability is not limited in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude liability.

You will be held responsible for any losses suffered by us because of your non-compliance with these Terms.

All trademarks, logos, and photography displayed on this Site belong to Step Deeper Ltd, trading as Development Audio. You are not authorized to use any trademark or logo displayed on this Site without our written permission.
